Coaching
For me coaching is a profound privilage. Teamleader &
Teambuilder At the Education center of Landmark Worldwide
I've coach more then 100 persons.
People from different background, such as
pilots, nurses, entrepreneurs, psychologist, doctors
and also soccer players.
Coaching is a privilage because
the person who accept coaching
want to achieve something extra ordinary.
As a coach I support this person to achieve that.
I followed an one year program, called
Team Management and
Leaderschip Program.
In that year the foundation was build
to be a Teamleader and/or Teambuilder.
As a Teambuilder I create an inspiring future for a team
and support the team in realizing that future.
As a Teamleader I lead the Team to that future.
